I was referred to Dimas @ So Cal Property Inspections by a long time friend turned realtor. Never hired an inspector but the second I met Dimas he made me feel like a friend. Explained the entire process of what he was doing, what he was looking for a broke it down to me in plain English. I brought my own Structural Engineer to give me his opinion and both of them were able to agree on certain items. I've used Dimas a second time and will continue to use and refer him. Great person to know and very professional! Gives it to you straight, the way it should be. Thank you!

Dimas Avila Review

Dimas inspected our home in Hawthorne. He arrived on time and he introduced himself very professionally. He walked through the entired house with me showing all the shut off valves and ran through all electrical panels. He did noticed a few things and advised me that it needs to get fix. He took his time and explained everything about the house inspection report. Few days later my VA appraisal did his inspection and approved everything. I'm very pleased and happy with Dimas house inspection. I would recommend Dimas to anyone that needs a house inspection. Looking forward on working with him again.
