5-star Reviews For Dimas Avila Long Beach I was referred to Dimas @ So Cal Property Inspections by a long time friend turned realtor. Never hired an inspector but the second I met Dimas he made me feel like a friend. Explained the entire process of what he was doing, what he was looking for a broke it down to me in plain English. I brought my own Structural Engineer to give me his opinion and both of them were able to agree on certain items. I've used Dimas a second time and will continue to use and refer him.
